Top Chef Comes to Portland?

top_chefBravo TV announced today that they’re expanding the Top Chef franchise to include pastry chefs. It will be called “Top Chef: Just Desserts”. They have already started open casting calls in Chicago, among the cities that will have a casting is our very own Portland.

Here’s the details according to Bravo:

Sunday, November 15, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

So if you’re a local pastry chef and want to give it a go, I highly suggest you give it try. Portland has some very talented Pastry Chef’s, and it would be great if one were able to make it on the show.
