A new study by the Urban League of Portland shows little to no progress for African Americans in Oregon since their original report last year.

Our local stock index, ThePortlander13, posted another down week at the market close yesterday. The index of 13 significant companies in the Portland metro area economy lost -1.5% compared with last week. That performance was similar to the major indexes.
