Oregon Business Magazine has just released their annual list of best companies to work for. In 2010, small firms lead the way.

Microsoft was named #1 in the Large Company category despite being headquartered outside of Seattle and only have 49 employees in Oregon. At #2 in that category is Hitachi Consulting with only 30 employees in the state of Oregon. A high ranking newcomer to the list is the Marriot Downtown Waterfront at 3rd and with 209 employees. Perkins Coie also made their debut to the list as a top 10 best employer; they employ 128 people.
