Vancouver Police seek assistance in locating a missing, endangered female

On 11/07/09 at approximately 2243 hours, Vancouver Police Officers were dispatched to the area of the 1400 block of Z Street in Vancouver Wa, to investigate a possible assault and abduction which occurred from a parking lot in this area. Officers were told, by witnesses, that Cary Ann Marie Wann a 37 yr old female was involved in an altercation where she was possibly assaulted by a male named Robert J Hill 39 years of age. Robert and Cary were described by witnesses as boyfriend/girlfriend. At some point during the altercation, Cary was either pulled into a car or she was pushed from the drivers seat and into the passenger seat. Witnesses said they heard Cary yelling at Robert to let her out of the vehicle and that she didn’t want to go with him. Robert then left the area with Cary in the passenger seat. The vehicle in question is described as a green 1995 Eagle Talon with an Oregon License plate of 875CCX. Neither person has a current address. Cary’s last know address was in the Portland area and was checked with negative results by Portland PD. Cary is described as being 5-04 165 blonde hair/Gray eyes. Robert is described as 6-0
